Change Of Officers and Directors

Every corporation must maintain accurate records and promptly submit any changes to the government.

If any changes occur with Directors or the Officers of the Corporation, you are required to inform the government within 15 days.

When any change of directors occurs, a Notice of Change of Directors must be completed and filed within fifteen days of the change. There is no fee to file the notice. If the new number of directors is less than the minimum or more than the maximum number of directors allowed in the Articles, the Notice of Directors must also be accompanied by Articles of Amendment

Cost would depend on the type of work we have to perform. Generally, our fees are between $35.00 and $75.00 (Plus access fees, GST extra).
